How your printed book gets to you, and what happens if something is not right.

Production and shipping time

Personalized books are made to order. Your book is printed in the USA and ships within 7–10 business days after you review the preview and click Print. The clock starts when you approve, not when you pay.

Shipping cost

Shipping for the printed book is $6.99 and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Digital products

Ebooks, digital stickers and PDF downloads are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

14-Day Guarantee

If your printed book arrives damaged or with a printing error, or you are not satisfied with it, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Send us your order details and a photo if something is damaged, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Digital downloads

Because digital files can be copied as soon as they are delivered, please contact us if there is a problem with a download and we will look into it case by case.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If it is wrong, write to us as soon as possible. Once a book has been printed and shipped we cannot change the address.
